The Australian share market has closed at a fresh eight-month high, buoyed by resource stocks and investors punting on China undertaking new moves to boost its economy. Hannans Reward has launched a $25.6 million all-scrip takeover bid for fellow junior minerals explorer Scandinavian Resources. An Ontario dairy farmer guilty of selling and distributing raw milk has been fined $9,150.
