Transcend Releases 4GB aXeRam DDR3-2400 Memory Kits for Core i7
Manufacturers have been devising offerings to boost PC gaming experience as players jump into action for numerous games. Transcend has launched the new 4GB aXeRam DDR3-2400 dual-channel memory kits for Intel’s LGA 1156 Core i7 systems. Boosting gaming performance by surpassing standard reference modules by approximately 60 percent, these new kits function at high-speed frequency of 2400MHz (1.65V).

Offering brilliant system performance, each kit encloses two similar modules which operate at the rate of 2400MHz with 9-11-9-28 timings. These modules extend a theoretical memory bandwidth up to 38.4GB/s allowing gamers to derive optimum benefit from its low voltage, high clock speed and low latency.
“In practice, the 2400MHz clock speed shows a 60% performance increase in real world applications compared to standard 1333MHz memory, allowing overclocking enthusiasts and hardcore gamers to take their Intel Core i7 platform to the next level,” explained Gordon Wu, Regional Head – South Asia, Transcend.
Owing to the high thermal efficiency aluminum heat sinks with cooling fins, the aXeRam helps to sustain cool temperatures while delivering superior overclocking performance. The 128Mx8 DDR3 FBGA chips and JEDEC compliant PCBs offer extra stability and grant signal integrity even at rapid clock pace.
The aXeRam DDR3-2400 is now available for a price of Rs. 14,000 with a lifetime warranty.
