Top Spin 4 Revealed by 2K Sports

Get ready to fight it out with masters of clay, grass and hard court as 2K Sports has disclosed its latest offering. The company has announced that Top Spin 4 will be released for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii in 2011. This new chapter extends the grand slam magic spelt by the earlier instalments in the tennis-based video game series.

“Top Spin 4 is shaping up to be the most realistic and exhilarating tennis game in the Top Spin franchise. For this iteration, the development team is focused on delivering a bold new take on the sport of tennis by allowing gamers to experience first-hand an uncanny level of realism in the player and stadium models, authentic audio captured directly from real tennis matches, and all-new innovative controls to dominate the competition,” enunciated Greg Thomas, President of Product Development for 2K Sports.

This title will open a new dimension in the series with advanced controls, Signature Style animations and TV-style presentation elements. To boost the tennis simulation, the game has been embedded with outstanding player models and an elongated list of professional tennis athletes. The chapter will also feature an exclusive vintage Andre Agassi playable character which will be announced later by the company.

The availability and pricing details of Top Spin 4 are still under the shadow. However, it has been divulged that the game can be procured through pre-orders only for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
