PS Store Users have Discounts Galore Lined Up This Week

Worrying what to do once the Uncharted 3 multiplayer beta ends on July 14? This week’s PlayStation store update has a handful of price cuts for gamers, with titles like Hard Corps: Uprising and Chime Super Deluxe getting 30 percent discounts each. PlayStation Plus subscribers however get 50 percent off on the same games along with free downloads of titles like Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood Full Game Trial and Golden Axe.
Other games which receive discounts include Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, PixelJunk Shooter 2, Scott Pilgrim Full Game, Dead Space Extraction, Tales from Space: About a Blob, Swarm and more. PS Plus users also get a free PlayStation Plus Anniversary Dynamic Theme. PSP titles – Capcom Puzzle World, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite Digital, Mega Man Maverick Hunter X are also available at discounted rates.
Users without a Plus account can download Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood on the PS Store. The game picks up form when Assassin’s Creed II ended and is the first title in the franchise to feature a multiplayer mode. Free game demos of Catherine, PixelJunk Shooter 2 Online Battle and Dead Nation are also up for grabs this week.
Coming towards add-on content, games such as Dirt 3, L.A. Noire, Michael Jackson The Experience, MotorStorm Apocalypse LittleBigPlanet 2, NCAA Football 12, Rock Band 3 and more are set to receive updates. The Dirt 3: Mud And Guts Car Pack bundle is also available on the PS Store currently. Apart from this, the usual inclusion of videos, themes and wallpapers gets an update.
Hard Corps: Uprising and Chime Super Deluxe will cost gamers 10.49 USD (Rs. 469) and 6.99 USD (approx Rs. 312) respectively through the PS Store discount while Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood will be available for 39.99 USD (approx Rs. 1,788).
