MeTalkPretty dubbed as RBN’s August T-Mobile Artist-of-the-Month
The month of May and June saw the Rock Band Network’s T-Mobile Artist-of-the-Month being The Main Drag and Band of Skulls respectively. Now Harmonix Music Systems teams up with MTV Games and T-Mobile USA to name MeTalkPretty as Rock Band Network’s ‘T-Mobile Artist-of-the-Month’ in August.
“The band’s music practically bursts with passion. With stylized vocals, textured guitars and a dynamic rhythm section, MeTalkPretty is a band to look out for, which makes them a perfect choice for the August T-Mobile Artist-of-the-Month,” commented Cheryl Gehbauer, Senior Director of Musithe tic for MTV Games.
MeTalkPretty will be roped in for a whole month of promotions at the Rock Band Network Music Store as well as on the official Rock Band website. They will also be featured in the new RBN content hub which is quickly being looked upon as a reliable source for the Rock Band Network which includes Inside RBN and Creators Club.
The New York-based MeTalkPretty came together back in 2006 and have since performed over 500 shows in the United States and Canada alone. The Indie band is also known for their famous single ‘Wake Up!’ which can be acquired from the Rock Band Network Music Store.
