In a move which is set to bring two popular games – Marvel Superhero Squad Online and Fortune Online to Europe, developer Gazillion inked a deal with ProSiebenSat.1 Digital, a German media corporation. The contract entitles the media corporation to provide broadly based cross media promotional support to the developer’s activities in Europe.

Marvel Super Hero Squad Online which includes more than five thousand heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe, offers gamers a chance to team up with friends and fight in-game battles. Players can show off their decked-out squads in the game’s social spaces, collect items, and explore interactive environments of the title.
“Gazillion’s goal is to deliver pleasing console-quality games through the browser around the world,” revealed John Needham, CEO of Gazillion Entertainment. “Part of our strategy in bringing our titles to international audiences is to work with world class partners like ProSieben.”
In Fortune Online players make raids in dungeons in order to protect thousands of items which are waiting to be looted. In their journey, they must overcome the threats posed by undead creatures.
Markus Buechtmann, Head of Games for ProSiebenSat.1 Digital, commented, “We are thrilled to be partners with Gazillion and have access to such high-quality content geared to mass audiences, which is also the focus of ProSiebenSat.1. Super Hero Squad Online and Fortune Online are ahead of the curve as high quality, free-to-play browser delivered games. They have tremendous potential and we look forward to introducing these games to European players.”
The deal between Gazillion and ProSiebenSat.1 Digital is set to bring the two free-to-play on-line games – Marvel Superhero Squad Online and Fortune online, to Europe. These games are available on their respective websites.
