Notorious Director To Tackle Miles Davis Biopic
The director who brought slain rapper Notorious B.I.G.’s life story to the huge screen is reportedly working on a Miles Davis biopic.
Men of Honor director George Tillman Jr. received rave reviews for his treatment of 2009 film Notorious and now he has his sights set on another late African-American icon.
Tentatively titled Miles, the film is being developed by the jazz legend’s son, Gregory, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The motion picture will be based on Gregory’s book Dark Magus: The Jekyll and Hyde Life of Miles Davis.
