Carey Hoping To Get Cannon Home By Next Week
Mariah Carey is hopeful her ailing husband Nick Cannon will be home from the hospital by the begin of next week after suffering kidney failure in Colorado during a family Christmas vacation.
The actor and TV personality was with his wife and their infant twins at their retreat in Aspen when he fellill and was taken to a local hospital.
Earlier this week, Cannon was transferred to a medical center in Los Angeles, where he and Carey are based.
The singer has been at his bedside throughout the ordeal and even refused to leave his private room when physicians suggested she should let him spend time alone and rest.
And on Friday, she tweeted the good news about Cannon’s recovery, writing, “Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he’ll be discharged within 2 days… As always he’s laughing and in good spirits.”
The tweet was accompanied by a pic of a smiling Cannon lying next to Carey on his hospital bed.
