Chinese Internet Advertising Revenue Reached CNY14.87 Billion In Q4 2011

Chinese Internet websites have continued to benefit from the maturing demand for on-line branding, Internet promotions, and e-commerce sales. EnfoDesk, Analysys International’s business information service branch focusing on the new media economy, has published a monitoring report for the Chinese Internet advertising market in the fourth quarter of 2011, stating that the market scale of Chinese Internet advertising operators reached CNY14.87 billion, a year-on-year increase of 52.9% and an increase of 6.4% compared with the previous quarter.

Chinese Electronics Retailer Signs Development Agreement

Electronics and home appliances retailer Suning and the home appliances maker Midea have reportedly signed a three-year strategic cooperating agreement, and the two parties will implement binding development over the next three years. Under the agreement, Midea’s products will be sold in Suning’s Expo super flagship stores, flagship stores, community stores, boutique stores, and Laox stores. Apart from the physical stores, Midea’s products will also be available on the e-commerce platform of Suning.
