The jewelry firm bosses filed suit against Osbourne last week, seeking unspecified damages, but the TV personality is refusing to back down.

Taking to Twitter.com on Tuesday, she wrote, “I refuse to put my name on a jewelry line or any product that I deem inferior in quality and overpriced. Bring on the lawsuit.”

A representative has told TMZ.com that no agreement between Osbourne and Lucas Design chiefs existed, adding, “Sharon is looking to create her own jewelry line and did have discussions with Lucas Design. Unfortunately the designs and pieces submitted were not the quality that was represented or hoped for. Sharon has moved on.”

McCartney says, “As a designer, I like to work with fabrics that don’t bleed; that’s why I avoid all animal skins.

“Please join me in exploring the large variety of fashionable shoes, belts, purses, and wallets that aren’t the product of a cow’s violent death.”

In the video, McCartney reveals cows that are killed for their skin are castrated, branded, and dehorned and have their tails cut, all without painkillers. In slaughterhouses, the animals’ throats are cut, and many cows are skinned and dismembered while they are still alive.

Both men had worked closely with Cameron – Emmy Award winner DeGruy specialised in underwater cinematography, while Wight wrote and produced acclaimed 2011 3D film Sanctum, which was produced by Cameron.

The Avatar director adds, “Andrew was kind and loyal, full of life and a sense of fun, and above all, a careful planner who stressed safety to everyone on his team every single day. It is cruelly ironic that he died flying a helicopter, which was second nature to him like driving a automobile would be to most people.”

Jonas took over from Criss last week and Radcliffe has given the Burnin’ Up hitmaker’s performance the thumbs up.

Speaking on morning show Live! With Kelly on Tuesday, guest co-host Radcliffe revealed, “I saw How To Succeed the other day with Nick Jonas and he’s wonderful in it. He’s a wonderful person as well and it was a real treat to meet him and be able to watch the show.”

The exhausted actor admits he’s eager to expand on his theatre experience, but he won’t be looking to return to the stage until next year.

He added, “I had an absolutely astonishing time doing it, I miss it already. I’ve no idea what the next stage thing will be, but… I’m gonna give it a year before I go back to stage so I can just rest!”
